Tax Duchess was founded by Erin Arvizu in 2019 and continues to operate as a women-owned accounting firm dedicated to serving salon and barber professionals.
Erin has 15 years of professional experience working in a variety of different accounting settings. Before Tax Duchess, she held the position of Budget Director/Assistant Treasurer for the second largest city in New England managing a $685M operating budget in addition to a $150M capital improvement program. She's also a lifelong Worcester resident and mother of three.
Ann Marie Kenary joined Tax Duchess in 2024. She has over 15 years of experience working in auditing. She is a mom and lifelong resident of Worcester and has a dog named Daisy.
